C.1 The Rights You May Have
Depending on where you live and which laws apply to your Personal Information, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Access — to obtain a copy of the Personal Information we hold about you.
- Correction — to have inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information corrected.
- Deletion / Erasure — to have your Personal Information deleted, subject to legal exceptions.

To exercise any of these rights, email us with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request." Tell us:
- which right you want to exercise;
- enough information for us to identify you (typically the account email address or the in-game user ID); and
- for deletion or correction requests, the specific Personal Information concerned.
We may follow up to verify your identity before we act on a request. We will respond within the timeframe required by the law that applies to you. Your rights are not absolute — we may decline a request where the law allows us to do so, and we will explain our reason in that case.
C.3 Children
Our Services are not aimed at children below the minimum age set by the law of the country where the child lives. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children below that age.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and you believe your child has provided Personal Information to us, please contact us at the address in Part F. D.1 Security
We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Personal Information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. No system is completely secure — if you believe you have identified a security issue, please report it to us at the contact address in Part F.
D.2 Retention
We keep Personal Information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, plus any additional period required by law (for example, financial records may be retained to meet accounting or tax obligations). Where deletion is not immediately feasible (for example, in backups), we isolate the data and prevent further processing until scheduled deletion occurs.
D.3 International Transfers
We operate internationally. Your Personal Information may be handled in countries other than your own, including countries whose data protection laws differ from those of your country. Where we transfer Personal Information across borders, we put in place safeguards required by the applicable law — including, for European users, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum for UK users. For further region-specific detail, see Part E.

Because we currently do not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs in our products, no opt-out is required to stop such activity. If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide the opt-out mechanisms required by law before making that change.
E.1.3 Authorised agents.
In certain states you may designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you do, please (a) provide the agent with signed written permission, and (b) provide us with reasonable proof of your identity and of the agent's authority.

We will only send you electronic marketing communications (such as email or SMS) where you have given us your prior consent, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law based on our legitimate interests. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each marketing message or by contacting us at the address in Part F.
E.2.5 International transfers.
When we transfer Personal Information from a Designated Country to a country that is not the subject of an adequacy decision, we put in place appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (for transfers subject to EU GDPR) and the UK Information Commissioner's International Data Transfer Addendum (for transfers subject to UK GDPR). For transfers from Switzerland, we apply the Standard Contractual Clauses with the modifications recommended by the FDPIC. A copy of the applicable safeguards is available on request.
